History

Elim Trans-Nzoia White Ladies was established to grow women's football in Trans-Nzoia and the wider region. From community roots to the FKF WNSL, the club focuses on player development, local youth outreach, and building a competitive squad that represents the county with pride. Elim trans Nzoia white ladies is a sister of the former Elim FC which was a boys team established for the sole purpose of spreading the Gospel through sports. The team Elim FC was established by Pst Bonface Oduor of ELim Pentacostal church Namgoi and His Wife Pst Linet. The team did well in the National League Divsion 2 in the years between 2017-2019. After having extreme challenge in the boys Football in Kenya and an Opportunity presenting itself Pst Bonface acquiured a slot of the Former Trans Nzoia Falcon which was facing challenges and playing in the NSL of FKF women league zone B in 2024. The Falcons players had left the team and all had to start from Scratch. A team was assembled and with the help of St Joseph girls who where willing to allow their students associate with the Falcons the team managed to hold on to it and played the NSL Zone B league Match where the team managed to be Position Three missing the promotion slot by one point. The team was built by both players who needed rehabilitation and others guidance in career and spiritual life. The Team in alignment with the guidance of the sponsor church though it wise to rebrand and adopt the new name which both act as an Evangalisation tool and new identity and picked Elim Trans Nzoia white Ladie Football club. Elim acknowledging the foundation, Trans Nzoia identifying our origin, White Ladies- Keeping in mind of who we are. This was not only hard but had its own resistance. In the season signing window the team decided to strengthen the squad with more of Non Student players and parted ways with St Joseph Girls in terms of players but we always remember and keep indebted to them.

Mission: To produce world-class women footballers, inspire local youth, and compete at the highest level of Kenyan women's football.Do evangelization through football. and Mold and shape young ladies into Christian values and virtues to be better citizens and leaders of tomorrow.

🚨 Breaking News: Pull Out

As many of you know, or may have heard, women’s football especially the NSL league currently has no official sponsor. This means most teams depend on the generosity of well-wishers and passionate football lovers to stay afloat. At the start of the season, we had 12 teams across both NSL zones, A and B. Sadly, GASPO from Zone A had to withdraw due to financial challenges. In Zone B, where we compete, Vickers previously supported by the military also pulled out for the same reason. Even more worrying, Eldoret Falcons were unable to honor their match against us last weekend, again due to financial constraints, and they may now be on the verge of withdrawing as well. We are calling on FKF, the government, and all football stakeholders to step in. What happens to the incredible talent in these teams if nothing is done? Running a women’s NSL club costs an average of 3.5M per year covering travel, player allowances, accommodation, match-day preparation, including ambulance services and security. This is our humble plea to all who care about the growth of football: please step up, review the situation, and help keep the women’s game alive and thriving.
